About the Event

Recovery Dharma for Women is a peer-led online group rooted in Buddhist principles and practices of mindfulness, compassion, and self-inquiry. This group offers a safe, supportive space for women seeking freedom from addiction and the suffering caused by harmful habits, trauma, or patterns of attachment.
Through meditation, shared readings, and open discussion, we explore practical tools from Buddhist teachings and the Recovery Dharma program to cultivate clarity, resilience, and inner peace on our healing journeys. Together, we practice presence, accountability, and community connection—empowering one another to walk the path of recovery with courage and compassion.
This group is open to all women, inclusive of diverse backgrounds and lived experiences, who are seeking recovery and community in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. No prior meditation or Buddhist experience is necessary—just a willingness to show up as you are.
